We’re here to Assist: Our Easy Return Policy is 30 Days

At Blissful Beginnings, we believe in transparency. If something’s not as per your expectations, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

What You Need to Know About Returns

  • Condition: The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Contact Us: Email us to start your return.
  2. Receive a Return Label: If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and well provide proper guidance on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship Back: Please use the provided label. Items sent without first contacting us cannot be processed.

Damages & Issues

Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Please let us know right away! Check your items as soon as they arrive and email us so we can make things right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or discounted items, and gift cards

Need an Exchange?

For a quicker exchange process, return the item you have and place a new order for what you need. This ensures you get your replacement as swiftly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your request for return, your request gets into the approval phase. If it is, the refund will be processed via your selected payment method within 10 business days. Please understand that it might take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to return the refund.
